Recipe - High protein for O++



 It is mainly a combination of vegetables, lentils, beans, and spices, with a unique sauce flavor. Salad or meals are usually specific recipes and can be eaten as a substitute for ordinary dishes with strong motive. It also provides all the nutrients and supplements needed for a balanced diet.


I believe in onething, food in particular salad must be healthy and delicious. At the same time, Indians usually don't like salad because it is tasteless or unsatisfactory. I partly agree, but you can make it more interesting. Most of us think that salad is a bowl of cooked bean sprouts or chickpeas, which are good for your health, but may not make your tongue feel pleasant. Of course, salad recipes have changed a lot and can now be very interesting. The salad dressing that goes with each salad is particularly interesting. For this recipe, I used olive oil and garlic salad dressing, which is the sauce commonly used in most salad recipes.


I also want to add some extra tips, suggestions, and options to the high-protein salad recipe. First of all, in this recipe, I will show you two ways to make healthy salad recipes. But the ingredients added to each recipe can be mixed with anyone in any order. You don't have to insist on custom recipes. Second, the ideal salad combination is to balance the calories of protein, fiber and spices.

Ingredients:

For Salad dressing:

1/2 cup Olive oil;

2 tbps. Lemon juice;

1/2 tsp. Mixed herbs;

1/2 tsp. Crushed pepper;

1/2 tsp. Garlic paste;

1/2 tsp. Salt.


Making chana salad:

1 cup boiled Chana (Chickpea);

1/2 sliced Onion;

1/2 sliced Cucumber;

5 halves Cherry Tomato (if using normal tomato then add 1 tomato);

1/2 sliced Capsicum;

2 chopped Chilli;

Salad leaves or Cabbage leaves - handful;

Lettuce - handful (optional if using cabbage leaves);

Moong beans sprouts - handful.


For Moong sprouts salad:

2 cup Moong sprouts;

1/2 sliced Onion;

1/2 sliced Cucumber;

5 halves Cherry Tomato (if using normal tomato then add 1 tomato);

1/2 sliced Capsicum;

2 chopped Chilli;

Salad leaves or Cabbage leaves - handful;

Lettuce - handful (optional if using cabbage leaves);

Moong beans sprout - handful


For roasting tofu:

2 tsp. Olive oil;

1 cup Tofu;

1/4 tsp. Crushed pepper;

1/4 tsp. Salt.




How to prepare?

Make homemade salad dressing:

  • In a bowl, add olive oil, lemon juice, mixed herbs, pepper, garlic paste and salt.

  • Mix well till everything is combined well. Set it aside.


Roast tofu:

  • In a pan heat Olive oil and add tofu.

  • Roast it on a low flame till it turns crisp.

  • Add pepper and salt. Mix well till the spices are coated. Crispy tofu is ready.


Chana salad:

  • In a bowl add chana. Add onion, cucumber, tomato, capsicum and chilli.

  • Add 1 tbsp. of prepared salad dressing.

  • Mix well till everything is combined.

  • Add salad leaves, lettuce and moong beans sprout. Add crispy tofu and enjoy chana salad.


Moong sprout salad:

  • In a bowl add moong sprouts. Add onion, cucumber, tomato, capsicum and chilli.

  • Add 1 tbsp. of prepared salad dressing.

  • Mix well till everything is combined.

  • Add salad leaves, lettuce and moong beans sprout. Add crispy tofu and enjoy moong sprout salad salad.
