Why You Should Stop Rinsing Your Mouth With Water After Brushing Your Teeth

It's normal in most homes for people to quickly rinse their mouth immediately after washing, but washing your teeth immediately after brushing may not help your teeth as you think.

One of the major components of toothpaste is flouride which is very healthy for your teeth is allowed to stay a bit longer when you wash your teeth.

Flouride is most effective in maintaining dental hygiene when it is applied directly to the teeth and allow to stay long in the mouth.

The way most people wash their teeth is totally wrong. They wash their teeth with toothpaste and rinse it off the toothpaste lather with water immediately.

The flouride will not be able to work effectively in your mouth. This is why most people still have dental cavities, mouth odour and tooth decay inspite of brushing teeth twice daily.

The right way to maintain good dental hygiene is never to rinse off all the toothpaste lather in your mouth after brushing your teeth.
