The Minister of foreign Affairs, Geoffery Onyeama, has assured the European Union election observation team of the country’s commitment to conducting free and fair polls.
He also assured the team of adequate support from government as it carries out its election observation mission.
Head of the observation team in Nigeria, Maria Arena and her entourage harped on the need for appropriate security systems in the conduct of the polls.
